Heart For The House

Established in 2024

Home for the Broken, Encouragement for the Hurting, and a Family for the Follower of Jesus.

Building a Legacy

When we launched Heart for the House, I spoke about making room at the table. The table was such a tool of discipleship for Jesus. Many times through the Gospels, we see Jesus at the table with His disciples, tax-collectors, and sinners. He made room for anyone and everyone. In the same way, we want to reflect the heart of Jesus to the community and world around us. We never want to lose the heart that says: “There’s always room for more at God’s table.”

For us, our “table” is the space God has so graciously provided for us. It’s so encouraging talking with those who were a part of Calvary 20 years ago—when our current facility was built. It was truly a move of God. And here’s what gives me hope—we still worship the same God! But we have to remember, the “table” is our tool, the Gospel is our goal! Our “table” is meant to be used for reaching and impacting the community around us. It’s about growing the family of God.

As we continue to be a Home for the Broken, Encouragement for the Hurting, and a Family for the Follower of Jesus—we have to give space for the Holy Spirit to be stirring in those in the community around us.

Creating space so that anyone can find a home at Calvary.

“Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.”

Colossians 2:6-7

Generosity is our privilege at Calvary, as we follow the example of Jesus who was first generous towards us. Join us in fulfilling our vision to make a positive impact in the community and around the world.
We recommend setting up recurring gifts through one of the ways below! These recurring gifts help our church wisely plan for the use of resources and manage cash balances.

Other Ways To Give

Our Heart for Generosity

Why Give?
We serve a wonderfully generous God. Because He is the most lavish giver the world has ever known, we are joyful and generous givers. His grace inspires us to live selflessly and sacrificially. Our giving is simply a heartfelt response to Jesus—whether through our tithe (a Biblical term meaning 10%), offerings (gifts given beyond the tithe), or the cheerful giving described in the New Testament. We are committed to building God’s kingdom.
Why Give to Calvary?
As a church family, we’ve seen God’s faithfulness in action. He promises in His Word that we cannot out give Him. God takes our offerings and uses them to create powerful, life-changing ministries that impact our community and the world for eternity.
