Job Description:

CCLOTO is looking for the next Children's Ministry Director.

We are a growing, multi-generational church (+350 on an average Sunday) with 3 services and a vibrant Online Campus. Located just outside of Osage Beach, the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks.

Position Description:

  • Partner with parents to help equip children to become fruit bearing followers of Jesus.
  • Oversee the children’s ministry strategy of CCLOTO under the direction and leadership of the Lead Pastor.
  • Facilitate relational connection and spiritual growth of kids through weekend environments, and volunteer teams.
  • Must be a creative, passionate visionary in leading people to Jesus
  • A team-builder with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to develop a long-term plan for growing the children's ministry and inspire those around him/her
Reports to: Lead Pastor

Required Qualifications:
  • A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a growing personal relationship with Him
  • Commitment to moral purity
  • Commitment to the mission, vision, and values of CCLOTO
  • A Spirit-led life and a willing spirit in the life-long pursuit of sanctification
  • A heart for the spiritual formation of those in the families and kids of CCLOTO.
  • Demonstrated experience and excellence in children's ministry
  • Creative ability and skilled use of technology
  • Strong leadership, organization, and administration skills
  • An enthusiastic stage presence for leading children
  • Proven initiative and willingness to grow professionally
  • Passion to build and equip the teams
